Reclaiming your body's deepest wisdom

Through education, integrative bodywork, movement and ceremony, reconnect with the sacredness of your pelvic and reproductive health

Your body is a microcosm of the universe—every emotion, experience, thought, and moment knitted into the very fabric of your being. Sometimes the energy flowing through the weave moves freely through the space of our interweaving tissues, sometimes there’s a knot, a tension a pull that gets stuck, adhered, scarred. These nuances in our human fingerprint remain until you create the conditions to restore congruence and balance.

Integration is the process of helping your body digest what it couldn't process in real time—feel a sense of safety, deeply connect with your intuition, and regulate your emotions and nervous system. Through embodied care and intentional ritual, we'll create the conditions for your body to let go, soften, and align with the truth of who you are as a woman.

Bodywork for women

Womb Continuum Care

Womb Continuum Care is integrative and dynamic bodywork that addresses the physical, chemical, emotional and energetic levels to create the space for whole system alignment and change to land in the body. Sobadas or deep belly work as taught by Andrea Terrones and fascial reorganization rooted in the teachings of Ida Rolf as taught by Carly Rae Baudry interweave beautifully to create the space for movement, lifting, softening, releasing and restoring flow of sacred waters and function to bodily tissues.

Prenatal Massage

Meagan combines elements of Thai massage, Swedish massage and other manual therapy techniques for support as your body goes through the changes occurring during pregnancy. Deeper work depending on your preferences.

Bodywork Reviews

"Amazing. I felt physical and energetic shifts rippling through my body long after my session with Meagan. A bodyworker myself, I am sensitive and particular about how my body is touched. Meagan met my tissues with perfect strength and sensitivity. In moments, I felt she was psychic as she attuned to my body. I recommend any woman give herself the gift of being held by Meagan in her Womb Continuum Care."

Meagan runs an online prenatal yoga class series on Zoom once a week as well as offering private sessions.

“Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga has made me aware of the vast array of tools at my disposal to use during labor and as a new mom: My breath, sound, music, affirmations and more. I feel prepared to handle anything that comes my way with grace.”

Hi, I'm Meagan

I believe your body has been trying to tell you something for a long time.

Maybe it's the tension you can't quite release. The cycle that feels unpredictable. The sense that you're doing life instead of living it. Maybe you just know—deep down—that there's more available to you if you could only get out of your head and into your body.

That's where I come in.

I work with women through womb-centered bodywork, ritual, and reclamation—helping you reconnect with the wisdom your body's been holding all along. This isn't about "fixing" anything. It's about coming home. To your womb. To your feminine ground. To you.

The women I work with are ready to:

  • Feel held, not just helped

  • Trust their body's signals again

  • Stop performing their healing and actually live it

If that's you, I'm here.
