About Meagan
Meagan has been seeking far and wide the tools and techniques to support women in their expansive embodiment and evolution. She has found some incredibly useful tools on her journey, the latest of which has been Womb Continuum Care. A way of bringing the body into physiological alignment with focus around the alignment and vitality of the womb and pelvis, Womb Continuum Care came into Meagan’s life at just the right time.

“Becoming a mother has been hands down the most beautiful experience that has put me in touch with the pure miracle of life and death and our irrevocable connection with nature. It has been the ultimate challenge to and embrace of body mind and spirit. Through this experience, I took notice of how women are ignored and made to feel powerless in their most potent aliveness…this doesn’t just extend to the pregnancy/parenting realm, it was a microscope on one aspect of how women’s creativity and life force and intuitive sense is shut down on so many levels in general. It was a call to me to wake up to myself and to make it my life’s work to educate and enliven these senses that have been dormant or shut down for so many of us.

Something powerful for me in life growing more so each day is the power of touch and the impact that healing hands can have on someone’s life. After fumbling through modalities of bodywork that have been useful in my evolution as a bodyworker thus far, I have somehow landed in work that specifically deals with putting a woman’s body back together after a lifetime of the shutdown I mention above. Educating women on their anatomy and the interconnectedness, bringing the uterus into alignment, supporting the body to reconnect pathways in the circulatory, endocrine and nervous systems and tending to a woman’s body in ways that she may have never experienced before is such an incredibly powerful medicine. It is a slow care and unfoldment. A lot needs to happen in order for a woman to wake up to her power and her body in alignment. It’s not just bodywork, its an overhaul of ones entire life in many cases. Returning to connection with nature, nourishing the body with whole foods and nutrition, building the body with weight training and physical movement, hydration, altering life habits and patterns, the bodywork, all of it and its effects will alter the course of humanity and how women are showing up in the world. This is my form of activism.”
