Service Description
I offer alignment for yoga poses, a way of thinking about coming to your mat that allows you to explore what you need each day so that you can begin to develop your own practice, and practices that help balance your energy, emotions and nervous system. I also teach Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga which focuses on turning inward, connecting with your intuition, connecting with baby in utero and moving and living with joy and a sense of abundance in your pregnant body. In this type of session you'll learn to move, flow, and meet your body where its at as it changes over the course of pregnancy as well as tapping into your inner knowingness and connecting with the maternal wisdom that runs through each of us as we move through pregnancy and the postpartum period.
